Shipping policy

Shipping

All order are process within 2 to 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays, or when I noticed I am on a break) after receiving a confirmation email. You will then receive a shipping notification, that your order has been shipped. 

Shipping charges will be calculated at check out!

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact me at loloandcompany.shop@gmail.com or 503-302-6230, with your name and order number.

Local Delivery 

Local deliver is for orders to be delivered in a radius of 20 miles from Salem, Oregon. If you do not meet this requirement and choose local deliver, you will have to pick up your order at a location given or pay for shipping.
